Project Manager

 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple project sites and work with supervisors to deliver premium workmanship within a tight time frame and budget.
  • Onsite estimating and proposal writing (training provided).
  • Managing all documentations required for quality, safety and environmental standards.
  • Managing project budgets and writing progress reports.
  • Source employees and handle all internal HR affairs as required.
  • Manage stock inventory and negotiate with various suppliers.

  • Strong attention to detail. (noticing even minor font irregularities in a proposal etc).
  • Above average communication and writing skills.
  • Can handle pressure, customer complaints, disputes and effectively handle conflict.
  • Takes pride in their appearance and presentation.

The backbone of our service is providing quality tradesman to high end clients. We are looking for licensed or experienced painters to join our team and grow with us.

The role requires:

  • Excellent painting workmanship using brush, roller and spray guns
  • A close attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Extensive knowledge in paints and other building materials
  • Presentable to high end clients

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Hold a trade qualification or relevant experience for brush hands
  • Have a driver’s licence and own reliable transport
  • Be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug test
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be flexible with your hours of work
  • Hold a valid White Card and EWP Licence
